You can correct your spinal deformities by practicing the following steps:Use a brace to support your head.
Hold the brace in front of your head, with your hands on either side of your neck, and use your right hand to hold the brace securely.
Take a deep breath and slowly pull the brace away from your head and onto your shoulders.
Repeat the motion as often as you can.
When your neck is straight, you can slowly rotate the brace forward or backward.
You should never rotate the wrist of the brace, however, and you should not bend or roll your wrist.
You shouldn’t rotate the neck either, though.
You might be able to twist your wrist a bit more or move your arm slightly more.
Keep your arms straight.
When you’re resting, do not bend your neck at all.
